The Swing GC — Booking Cancellation Policy Cancel or reschedule at least 1 hour before your booking with no penalty. Inside 1 hour or a no-show: the hour is used. Members lose the hour (or pay the overage rate if out of included hours). Walk-ins are charged in full, no refund. Bookings end at their scheduled time — arriving late doesn't extend your slot. One active reservation at a time.

By booking a session, you agree to the following and to the Facility Rules posted on-site and at booking (incorporated into this Agreement): - Assumption of risk: I understand golf simulator activity involves inherent risks of injury — including being struck by a club or ball, strains, falls, or equipment malfunction — and I voluntarily assume those risks. - Unstaffed facility: I understand The Swing may operate unstaffed. In an emergency I will call 911 myself, and I will immediately report any injury, unsafe condition, or equipment damage using the contact info posted on-site. - Facility Rules: I agree to follow all Facility Rules posted on-site and at booking, including rules on alcohol, minors, equipment use, and booking/overtime, and I understand I'm financially responsible for damage caused by my misuse or violation of those rules. - Release of liability: I release The Swing GC LLC, its owners, employees, and agents from liability for injury, death, or property damage arising from ordinary negligence, to the fullest extent allowed by California law. This does not release gross negligence or willful misconduct, which cannot be waived under CA Civil Code §1668. - Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and hold The Swing harmless from claims arising out of my use of the Facility, to the extent permitted by law. - Minors: Guests under 16 must be supervised by an adult per Facility Rules. Guests under 18 cannot accept this Agreement themselves — a parent or legal guardian must complete booking and acceptance on their behalf.

The Swing GC — Membership Terms 1. No contract. Cancel anytime. Month-to-month, no term commitment. Cancel in your account before your next billing date and you won't be charged again. No refunds or prorating — if you cancel after a charge, your access runs to the end of that paid month. 2. Automatic payments Your card is charged automatically on the same day each month until you cancel. If it declines, access pauses until it clears — after 7 days the membership cancels and you go back to walk-in rates. 3. The member must be present Every booking is under your account, and you must be in the bay for the whole session. Your door code is yours — don't share it. Do not Booking for someone else or let someone in on your code 4. Included hours Base gets 1 hour/month, Range gets 4. Hours reset each cycle — no rollover. Extra hours are discounted for members, $45/hr for walk-ins. 5. Booking & cancellations Members book up to 5/10 days out with 24/7 access on the range membership. One reservation at a time. Cancel at least 1 hours ahead or the hour is used. The bay locks at the end of your session. 6. Guests Up to 3 guests per booking, free. You're responsible for them, and every guest signs the waiver. Anyone under 18 needs a parent or guardian in the bay. Members must be 18+. 8. Damage & liability You play at your own risk. Damage to equipment caused by you or your guests is billed to your card. This is governed by the signed liability waiver. 9. Rewards points 3 points per $1 on paid hours only — not the membership fee. 100 points = 1 free hour. No cash value, forfeited if you cancel. 10. Our rights We can suspend or cancel a membership for code sharing, damage, unpaid balances, or unsafe conduct. We may close for maintenance or emergencies, with notice when we can.
